Terms of Service: Your Agreement with Creative Banter

Welcome to Creative Banter Art! By placing an order on our website, www.creativebanterart.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Photo Quality for Illustrations

To ensure the best results, it is crucial that you provide a high-quality photo for your custom illustration. Please avoid sending:

  • Screenshots.

  • Pixelated or blurry images.

We reserve the right to reject photos that do not meet our quality standards. If a pixelated photo is used as a reference, facial details may be inaccurate, and Creative Banter Art cannot be held responsible for these discrepancies.

Revisions and Additional Charges

Included in your purchase are minor revisions. Small adjustments such as minor facial tweaks, basic clothing edits, or colour changes are included in the price. Requests to redraw the artwork using a different reference photo will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated before proceeding. Request to draw additional people will also incur an additional fee.

Usage of Digital Artwork

Once purchased, the digital artwork is yours to use for personal purposes (e.g., gifts, social media sharing).

 

However, it:

  • Cannot be resold.

  • Cannot be used for profit-making purposes without prior written consent from Creative Banter Art.

If you wish to purchase commercial rights, please contact us for further information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Custom Orders:

Due to the custom nature of our wedding stationery, once your artwork has been produced and printed, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure that all information provided is correct when placing your order.

Approval Process:

A digital proof will be sent to your email for approval before printing. Once approved, changes cannot be made without incurring additional fees.

 

​Cancellations:​

  • If you wish to cancel your order before the printing stage, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the cost of design work completed.

  • If the invitations contain a production fault, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace them at no additional cost.

Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround times are as follows:

Illustrated Gifts:

1–2 weeks to create and ship.

Wedding Stationery:

3–4 weeks to design and finalise, plus additional time for printing and delivery.

Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Accuracy of Information

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided for their custom order are accurate. Creative Banter Art is not liable for errors in artwork caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Social Media and Website Usage

We reserve the right to feature completed artwork on our social media channels or website for promotional purposes.

 

If you do not wish your artwork to be used, please indicate this preference after checkout by ticking the opt-out box.

Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Creative Banter Art remains the intellectual property of the artist. While clients are granted a personal-use license for their purchased artwork, the rights to reproduce, modify, or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes remain with Creative Banter Art unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Liability

Creative Banter Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, third-party printing errors, or circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction, minor variations in color or design may occur due to printing processes.
