When should you order stationery?
It's recommended to order wedding or event stationery around 4-6 months before the event date to allow ample time for design, production, and addressing invitations. However, we are able to work with a tight schedule such as 1-2 months before the wedding.
Why is stationery so expensive?
It doesn’t have to be! Our bespoke package allows you to choose your budget and we will create a tailored package that fits around the budget you requested. Creative Banter creates cost effective, multipurpose, bespoke illustrated stationery that will be treasured for a lifetime. The cost often involves custom designs, high-quality materials, and intricate printing processes. We hate the fact that something so disposable can cost so much, so we created this business to make a difference in the wedding stationery world. If you have a very tight budget, consider allowing us to create a digital stationery package for you.

How do I provide the details for my stationery?

What types of personalised gifts do you offer?
We create a range of illustrated gifts, including custom portraits, faceless art, family illustrations, personalised phone cases, mugs, cushions, canvases, and framed prints. Each item is designed to add a meaningful, personal touch.
How do I provide the photograph for my personalised illustration?
When placing an order you will be prompted to upload a photograph. If you are unable to upload a photograph, please email your desired photograph(s) to creativebantergifts@gmail.com, along with any other information needed.
How long does it take to create a personalised, illustrated gift?
Our turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to discuss rush options.
Can I request changes to the illustration once it’s completed?
Yes! We offer two minor rounds of revisions to ensure your illustration is perfect. Additional revisions may incur a small fee, depending on the request.
What if I’m not happy with my personalised gift?
We take great care to ensure every order meets your expectations. If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.
