Due to this being a complete custom order, once your artwork has been produced and printed, we are unable to refund your order. Please ensure that all the information you have given to us is correct when placing your order. A digital copy of the artwork will be sent to your email in order for you to approve it before we print it.
If you for some reason would like to cancel your order before the printing stage, you will be able to receive a partial refund.
If there is a fault in the production of your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will seek to resolve the issue.
