Due to this being a complete custom order, once your artwork has been produced and printed, we are unable to refund your order. Please ensure that all the information you have given to us is correct when placing your order. A digital copy of the artwork will be sent to your email in order for you to approve it before we print it. 

If you for some reason would like to cancel your order before the printing stage, you will be able to receive a partial refund. 

If there is a fault in the production of your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will have a replacement sent to you.

Our faux suede cushions are printed on demand in full colour with a full bleed. The cushion fabric is created using a dye sublimation print process to give superior reproduction quality, with unrivalled durability and colour vibrancy.

Printed using water based inks and fulfilled in the UK to reduce carbon emissions. 

Wash outers at 30°C and no more than 800rpm spin cycle (revolutions per minute).
