Due to this being a complete custom order, once your artwork has been produced and printed, we are unable to refund your wedding order of service booklet. Please ensure that all the information you have given to us is correct when placing your order. A digital copy of the artwork will be sent to your email in order for you to approve it before we print it.

If you for some reason would like to cancel your wedding order of service before the printing stage, you will be able to receive a partial refund.

If there is a fault in the production of your order of service, please contact us within 30 days and we will have a replacement sent to you.
