A transparent PNG file and JPG file with a background will be sent to your email address. If you require any specific dimensions or background colour, please add this information to the notes when you checkout.
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, you will be prompted to attach your photograph to be illustrated. Please ensure that your photograph is good quality and not highly pixilated. Please do not send screenshots, but original images. Minimum of 3, maximum of 10 people to be illustrated. These can consist of separate photographs to be collated when illustrated.

Due to this being a complete custom order, once your artwork has been produced, we are unable to refund your order. If, for some reason you are unhappy with you order, we are able to make amendments to the artwork.
